This document (referred to as the "Policy") outlines the procedures followed by the web application and website collectively known as DMJ - Dats My Jam, property of MINIMAPPERZ, (hereinafter referred to as "DMJ - Dats My Jam") concerning the collection, utilization, or disclosure (collectively referred to as "Processing") of information obtained from your Spotify Account or through the use of the web application. The information can be described as Personal Information and Non-Personal Information:

• Personal Information: Refers to data that can be used to identify, locate, or contact you, a natural person, as well as any other information about you that we may connect with Personal Information.
• Personal Information: Refers to data that does not identify a natural person and is not identifiable to any specific individual.

3. Collection and Use of Information

Regarding the collection and use of information by DMJ - Dats My Jam:

• DMJ - Dats My Jam does not collect, use or disclose Personal Information, except for the limited Personal Information described below in connection with Premium License purchases.
• DMJ - Dats My Jam collects Non-Personal Information through the Spotify API after the user’s consent, the user’s recently played songs, the user’s liked songs and the user's top song on Spotify. DMJ - Dats My Jam uses this information to generate sessions but does not store any information. This information is deleted once the session is over.
• For metrics purposes of DMJ - Dats My Jam, the amount of sessions launched by a user may be stored by us. To provide certain insight, DMJ - Dats My Jam may share the information regarding metrics of the web application with third parties.
• If you purchase a Premium License, our payment provider Stripe processes your payment details directly - DMJ - Dats My Jam never receives or stores your card information. To keep your Premium status active across sessions, we store a link between your Spotify account identifier and your Stripe customer and checkout session identifiers for as long as your account remains in use.

4. Cookies, Local Storage and Tracking Technologies

Regarding the use of tracking technologies by DMJ - Dats My Jam:

• DMJ - Dats My Jam does not rely on cookies, advertising, or other tracking technologies, and does not display ads.
• The web application stores a small amount of non-sensitive preference data (such as your chosen display name and in-session settings) directly in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is only used to remember your preferences between visits.

DMJ - Dats My Jam may post changes to this Policy on this page. Please refer to the “last updated” date above. We may or may not contact you directly concerning significant changes, and therefore we encourage you to visit this page periodically and check.
