• DMJ - Dats My Jam collects Non-Personal Information through the Spotify API after the user’s consent, the user’s recently played songs, the user’s liked songs and the user's top song on Spotify. DMJ - Dats My Jam uses this information to generate sessions but does not store any information. This information is deleted once the session is over.
• For metrics purposes of DMJ - Dats My Jam, the amount of sessions launched by a user may be stored by us. To provide certain insight, DMJ - Dats My Jam may share the information regarding metrics of the mobile app with third parties.

Regarding the use of tracking technologies by DMJ - Dats My Jam:

• DMJ - Dats My Jam website or mobile app does not rely on cookies or other tracking technologies.
